Which Version of Internet Explorer Am I Using?

To find out what version of Internet Explorer you are using open Internet Explorer. Next click on the word “Help” in its top menu bar and select “About Internet Explorer”. How do I disable "Friendly HTTP Error Messages?"

In the menu bar click on Tools > Internet Options. In the dialog box click the Advanced tab & scroll down though the check box list.

Here you will UNCHECK the "Friendly HTTP Error Messages" check box.

By doing this, you will likely receive a more specific error message. This error message may be difficult for you to understand, however our web developers & technicians can often obtain valuable information toward resolving the issue.
