To find out what version of Internet Explorer you are using open Internet Explorer. Next click on the word “Help” in its top menu bar and select “About Internet Explorer”. This will open a new windows. This new window will have the version number of your Internet Explorer. If your version is lower than 6.0, you will need to download a newer one free from Microsoft's Internet Explorer site:

In the menu bar click on Tools > Internet Options. In the dialog box click the Advanced tab & scroll down though the check box list.
Here you will UNCHECK the "Friendly HTTP Error Messages" check box.
By doing this, you will likely receive a more specific error message. This error message may be difficult for you to understand, however our web developers & technicians can often obtain valuable information toward resolving the issue.
